2025 Main Programs

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. On-behalf of the Board and Management of PNG Christian Professionals Network I would like to thank you all for your support in 2024. A key milestone was the partnership with the Australian Government through Building Community Engagement PNG Program (BCEP) to successfully deliver 4 Minds-Meet and Think-Piece; One step closer to creating our “Information Bank”. However, 2025 is yet another challenging year. We have planned many programs but the main programs are Minds-Meet, Emerging Leaders Summit, CPN Connect and Peace Ambassadors.

MINDS MEET (MM)

Minds-Meet is a quarterly discussion forum usually facilitated by PNG Christian Professionals Network. It is a platform where we network with subject matter experts to share knowledge regarding national issues, including government policies, strategies and plans. After sharing of knowledge, we disseminate the outcomes to the general public and recommendations to relevant agencies to positively influence Good Governance and Servant Leadership in Papua New Guinea. The platform also creates opportunities for new policies to be identified and developed through the collection of accurate and reliable data and engagement with stakeholders and decision makers
In 2025 we will have 4 Minds-Meet and for the first time we will bring the three Minds-Meet to the three regions. One will be in the Highlands, the other one will be in Momase and the other one will be in New Guinea Islands. The first Minds-Meet will be in March and the Second Minds-Meet will be in June and the 3rd Minds-Meet will be in September and the 4th Minds-Meet will be in November. Get in touch with the National office and secure your space to attend one of those discussion forums and contribute meaningfully.

EMERGING LEADERSHIP
SUMMIT(ELS)

ELS is a premier program for PNG Christian Professionals Network with a strong goal of producing Christ-Like leaders who are properly shaped and equipped to have positive Influence in their spheres of influence. It’s a minimum of two days Summit that is open to the general public as well as private and corporate sector to discuss leadership challenges. We invite reputable, international as well as local speakers to deliver key Leadership and governance principles endowed by integrity, ethics and bible-based values to attendees. This summit addresses leadership challenges in PNG
In 2025 we will have our Emerging Leadership Summit in July to commemorate PNG’s 50th Jubilee year. Please check your calendar and pin this date down. If you want to be part of the committee do let me know. You do not want to miss this opportunity.

PEACE AMBASSADORS

It is an economic empowerment program that PNG Christian Professionals Network Inc. started to address law and order issues in PNG. It is a program that brings in concern stakeholders to work together to address law and order issues through economic empowerment mainly for the youths. This program is all about getting people engaged in Economic Activities so they will not involve in unlawful activities.
The Peace Ambassadors program has two components. The Rural component and the urban component. In rural areas we organize crusades in the night, training and awareness during the day and leave the communities with an impact project. While in urban areas we do clean-ups, outreaches and run personal viability trainings to create pathway in Education, Employment and Business
We have started this in 2024 after the Civil unrest. In 2025 we will continue in Port Moresby. We have planned over 18 clean-up programs. Every government fortnight week our members wake-up at 6am and get to the designated location and start cleaning for an hour and the other hour we do outreaches. The programs finishes by 9:30am. Please get in touch with our team and participate

“LEADERSHIP IN YOUR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE”

CPN CONNECT

CPN Connect is a monthly networking program organized by our Chapters. It’s an avenue where Christian students, graduates and professionals from each chapter come together every month as Hebrews 10:25 says “We should not stop gathering together with other believers, as some of you are doing. Instead, we must continue to encourage each other even more as we see the day of the Lord coming” to learn from each other and cultivate, nurture and replicate the culture of Jesus Christ into the Marketplace. Let us network to do what Nehemiah and the selected did; On one hand we encourage another and prepare for the return of Jesus but on the other end we network to work together to meet each other’s needs and to spread the love and culture of Jesus into the market place we operate. On the first Saturday of every month, we organize programs where Professionals come together to have fellowships and network. Some programs will be evenings programs, others will be morning breakfast while some will be family outing
In 2025 we will have 9 CPN Connect. Please contact your chapter leaders and find out about these programs. Jesus used only 12 people to change the entire world. PNG has enough God-fearing man to change this nation. Please come, network with like minded to change this nation.
